Worst hair salon in North Miami. I went to color my hair burgendy, well they did the hair coloring and i really liked how it was going, than they suggested I use a hair treatment due to my hair being dry and brittle, so they applied it after they washed my hair dye out. After I get out the dryer with the hair treatment, my hair had turned orange / yellow ! And the owners mother said “haha youre leaving blonde , the original color you wanted” I demanded to have it redone for free and all they did was give me a 5% off coupon for “next time”. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON PEOPLE WHO DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING

I had the worst experience at this salon, I would never ever come back. I went October 25 to ask if they could Change my hair color like I show them in the main picture; they said yes we can and made my appt. When ever I show up on my appt I show the lady (Rosa) the picture again she look at it for 5sec and didn’t even ask me questions. Once I seen it I notice my hair came out yellow I told them that’s not how I wanted it so she change the base but hair still look yellow, I paid and left but I was not happy at all; I call them because what I paid it was not worth my money they told me to come back and they will fix it but they were trying to charge me again! And I said no because yah should of done it right the first place. When they finish it came out worst then the first time. The owner said to me I’m young so idk what do I want. THIS PLACE WILL ruin your hair!!! DONT COME HERE!!!!
