Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWhat a horrible experience I had at this salon… Went in on December 31st for a change of color with a healthy short hair, left with my hair completely fried from the bleach after I told Ernesto a few times that I didn’t wanna do my hair in one session. He still went in and over processed my hair.He left the salon for a good 45 minutes while I had the bleach on my hair!!! Even a lady who was waiting outside the salon for him said she got scared for me! He even made a joke “haha I’ll just put a wig on her if anything”. He did say he was gonna do treatments for the damage he caused but today is January 8th and I haven’t heard anything from him.I am beyond sad! This was such a traumatic experience for me.
