This is the worst customer service spa I have ever experienced. Our “massage” was an arm massage. The guy used his forearms to massage my body. Last I checked, a massage is with your hands. I paid to get massage with hairy arms instead of a professional massage focused on my body and knots. This place also got my appointment wrong and did NOT honor our facial and massage special for valentine’s day. The guy basically called my mother a liar, how made the appointment on my behalf and then after putting blame on us for the error, he asked me and my girlfriend if we wanted separate rooms. . . excuse me sir, but the appointment was very adamant about this being a COUPLE’S MASSAGE! That was the final straw, this place has no idea what’s going on with their prices, customer’s requests and won’t even take accountability for being WRONG. Please go somewhere else and get a real massage.
