They use some type of bonding glue as their eyelash glue. It got rock hard and didn’t even come out with any oil or eyelash adhesive remover. The lady put the bond on my false eyelashes when they were falling off when she was doing my eyebrows.Took me over 2 hours to remove them and ripped out all my lashes. The amount of pain and tears it took is crazy. This was one whole eyelash. Never coming back.

If you go, go on the weekend! I’m a regular here, I have thick bushy eyebrows and I like them that way. I came on a Thursday and this is how I left. My eyebrows aren’t only noticeable uneven, but when I told the lady she said they looked fine to her. Am I blind? Horrible experience! I am never returning!

Love this place Susan is awesome and she perfects my eyebrows I went for a girly wax for the first time and she was so funny and it really wasn’t as painful as I thought. She’s makes you feel comfortable she even waited for me to come and was reasonable priced. I’d recommend this place for all wax and threading needs. You won’t regret it

Just moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a good place to do my eyebrows. Im very sensitive to pain and the girls here are quick and gentle and my eyebrows look GREAT!! They’re open late, they’re very accommodating and very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to everyone.

First time there and had a very bad experience. The ladies there were rude and was not welcoming at all more over she was forcing me to add another service. I got the facial done which was supposed to be 60 mins but it lasted less than that. Moreover she was harsh on my face and i even my skin starting breakouts. And this was not relaxing at all. Worst experience ever having a facial.

Soni is the best here and she does a fabulous job with everything! Definitely recommend. Gazala doesn’t do the best threading job she takes more hair than asked off and talks too much.
