Charmane was very friendly and knowledgeable about skincare. The whole process was very calming. She explained what each product was that she was applying to my face, how it would feel and what it actually does to help my skin. In the end my face felt amazing! A few days later (which is today and the reason why I’m writing this review) I saw results in areas where I have acne and scarring (where she focused on!) I came In for a facial treatment. The place was very clean and took the precautions needed during the Covid situation. Charmane was very friendly and knowledgeable about skincare. The whole process was very calming. She explained what each product was that she was applying to my face, how it would feel and what it actually does to help my skin. In the end my face felt amazing! I have very dry and slightly sensitive skin. After my facial, my face felt so clean. My skin has never looked so good!
