Teresa is amazing to work with. I’ve had two stubborn spots of significant chronic pain on my back that have been deeply bothering me for months. Teresa actually relieved the pain and my back feels better, which is crazy because nothing else has worked. She tailored my prenatal massage to what I needed and was very easy to follow up with. When it was tricky finding an open time slot/appointment, she reached out to me when she had a cancellation. She’s a true professional and is excellent at her work.

I visited Mayahuel Massage yesterday for a postnatal massage. Teresa is amazing! My little one is just over 2 months old and I’ve since returned back to work. From the pregnancy, to childbirth and now sitting at a desk all day, my body needed some help (particularly my hips). Teresa was able to address my many problem areas and even did the Arvigo Technique (Abdominal Therapy). Teresa is friendly and very professional. She made me feel welcome from the moment she greeted me. I left there feeling very relaxed and ready to hold my little one as soon as I got home. Thank you!
