Been Here a few times. Ken did my nails the very first time and they came out great. Hannah did my eyebrows twice and always on point. Nancy did my nails the 2nd time, I was one of the last people out the door and she kinda rushed through em and they didn’t come out how I wanted. Went back the next day and she stopped her current client to fix em and did a better job. The last time I went Crystal took care of me and she did a fantastic job. Showed her a pic of what I wanted and she did even better picture is what Crystal did. I love em! Went back again and Ben did an amazing job and he was nice and talkative.

Originally went in and asked for a specific design but the man doing my nails asked politely if he could do his own design & im absolutely in love with it! I let my tattoo artists do that & I’m so happy I let him as well. He was very polite & friendly w the rest of the staff and overall I was super happy with the results. I never am happy w anywhere else so I quit getting them done.

My experience was great. The gentleman that did my pedicure was great. All the employees working were very courteous and professional. I only gave four stars because they need to explain all the add-ons. I did the $59 pedicure and my bill was $79. Apparently the nail polish I picked out had to have an under color and an over color. I wish that would have been explained to me in the beginning and that there would be an extra charge for that. I would have gone with a different color rather than paying the extra $20.

The gel polish doesn’t even cover my whole nail and they aren’t even smooth! Super disappointed! I have ubeen getting my nails done for 18 years and this is not worth $60. Wish I noticed how bad the polish was on all the tips while I was there so that’s my fault. Definitely upset that I paid $60 for a full that is definitely not up to standards. They are flat and have no shape to them. The gel polish doesn’t even cover my whole nail and they aren’t even smooth! Super disappointed! I have ubeen getting my nails done for 18 years and this is not worth $60. Wish I noticed how bad the polish was on all the tips while I was there so that’s my fault. The facility itself is new and nice…definitely not something you’re use to seeing in Pueblo!

I had high hopes for this place. What a let down. The people were so unfriendly. I went with my friend and we got the exact nails but done by different people. She was charged 55 and I was charged 70. How can you get the exact same nails for two different prices? Will never come back Acrylic nails

The place is beautiful but the 3 ladies who performed the pedicures for our girls date were not friendly at all. They were low key rude. The work was ok, as they cut my daughter in laws toe and didn’t even apologize or clean it with anything. Definitely will not book a girls date here again. It’s sad because it’s a beautiful place.
