Horrible customer service. The lady at the entrance was rude and disrespectful. I walked in and while I was choosing a color I asked if they sold flip flops since I was unprepared for a pedi, I was trying to kill time while waiting for my Car to be serviced. She said no, then I said is there anywhere near here that sells flip flops, she told me to leave… so I put the color down, told them they have terrible customer service and she said “yes yes” and walked out. Never to look back.

The Owner of this Salon is offensive to people of Color. She does very good work but often will ask you to get out of her chair if someone European comes in. She refers to them as her customer, as if you’re getting a free service. Although I tip handsomely I have been turned off by her mistreatment. I would never go there again.

I wish I could give zero stars! This place is the worst! Bad customer service and rude staff. If you get there 45 min before they close they cuss you out in English and then try to rope other customers (in this case me) into their rude behavior by pointing out ‘how stupid that person could be for coming at this time’. It’s straight out bullying. When I went they had their Price list completely hidden from view. Everybody looks at you as you walk in and there’s no good reception. So instead of looking like a straight out fool, you ask the closest person what a gel manicure would cost. They respond in unintelligible English. It takes a while for you to process and translate whatever they said in your head. If you dare ask ‘pardon me?’ You get the response shouted over and over accompanied by an eyeroll and a barrage of Chinese (I know in my gut that those are cuss words) to the other staff.
