I had an appointment with stylist Julie Goiun today. She did a color, highlights, cut, and styling. This was the best haircut and color I have received in so many years! I couldn’t be happier with how it came out. The consultation was thorough and I felt like she really listened to what I was wanting. She was an absolute professional. I was very unhappy with the experience I had at this salon. I went there Oct 8th to get 3 updos and makeup done for me and my daughters for my wedding. I know I’m a week late been on a cruise for our honeymoon. When I 1st got there the stylist acted surprised of what we was getting done even tho the reception told them I made the appointments. I made the appointments over the phone so I did personally talk to someone told her what I was wanting to get done. The 1st girl that was doing my makeup wasn’t welcoming really felt like I was an inconvenience to her she only did my foundation and airbrush. Another girl did my eyes and lips and she was nice and more pleasant to be around. I looked over to my oldest daughter the girl that did her hair seemed like she could careless too working really slow she acted the same way on my youngest daughter I swear the curls she did fell before we even left. Now the lady that did my hair was very pleasant but acted unsure of how to do my hair even tho it was pretty simple and I have long thick hair. I ended up being late to my wedding cause of how slow they was being they wasted a bunch of time talking at the receptionists desk before they ever started I made my appointment for 9 didn’t get out till almost 1. I told them repeatedly what time my wedding was but since they apparently had their own stuff going on they was working very slow. The girl that did my foundation and airbrush I’m assuming was suppose to be one of our stylist but had to get someone else’s to finish her part cause she was consistently in and out of the salon. I was very disappointed how everything turned out it was supposed to be a pleasant experience but wasn’t at all.

This was my first time at Maxx Salon and I left an extremely happy customer. I went to a previous salon before going here and the stylist botched my hair color. Suna totally transformed my hair with her highlighting technique. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and put a lot of effort into making sure I got that look. I would 10/10 recommend Suna!!

I learned of Suna at Maxx Studio at a restaurant– I approached a woman with the haircut I love and asked who gave her such a beautiful, precise cut. She happily told me about Suna. My first appointment with Suna was today. We spoke for a few minutes and viewed reference photos, then she quickly moved through the shampoo, cut, and blowout with absolute precision and skill. She nailed the look I wanted with ease. I appreciate the quick service– I’m very busy and can’t spend hours in the salon. Suna treats her stylists like family and the energy in the salon is wondrous because of it. The prices are very fair and a wide range of services are available. I’ve found my place. Highly recommend.

When I say PHENOMENAL it is an understatement. Suna and her entire staff KNOW hair!!
