When I first used the services of Maximum Tan, I was so pleased with the entire process, especially the cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and when I met the owner, I was amazed as to how friendly and attentive he was. I was informed about all of the options and every step thereafter. I love Maximum Tan! I have been going weekly! I use the Spray Tan and then the diamond bed which gets you instantly tan! It’s by far the best tanning salon I have ever been too! I love the owner he is down to earth, keeps the place extremely clean, and has a great staff working for him! I’ve lived in Naples for a long time and this is the best place, hands down. The prices are very reasonable!

Absolutely love this place! After my 3rd session in their high pressure bed, I looked like I just got back from a week long vacation in the caribbean! I met the owner who is very passionate and customer centered. He informed me it was under new management and newly renovated. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The place was very clean, sleek, and offers great deals. Excellent service all round!

Seriously done with this place, I will give them less than a start, staff rude and place is terrible I never do reviews but maybe someone will see this and NOT do business with them. They do not care about customer satisfaction what so ever. Worst customer service ever. They put cheap or use bad creams or tan spray that it itches and fell after the firs day of use, They do not refund money after charging me for 2 months with 2 days after I already cancelled it, neither when they do a bad tan on you or their machines doesn’t work properly spraying and five of my friends have the same problem ….PLEASE!!!!!! Stay away from this place seriously. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star for how rude and inconsiderate they are
