Called to cancel my membership and was told I had to pay the rest off in order for us to cancel it. I loved the place but after that experience maximum tan will no longer get my business and I wouldn’t reccomend them to anyone.

Great place, excellent service. Merchanidise is a bit overpriced, but they don’t have a hard-sale sales pitch. They’ recommended products (Australian Gold) for me, and I found similar products online for about 60% less. But in the end, they keep the bulbs fresh, they keep the place extremely clean and the people who work there are very friendly. Worth the trip.

If you plan on going to the Dewey location to prep your body for a tropical weather vacation, DON’T DO IT HERE!! They will screw you out of your money!! Signed up for two weeks of visits, & was never verbally told all the visits had to be used consecutively. Used 6 days the first week, & 4 the second. Wouldn’t let me use the 4 day balance remaining. If they would have stated that fact upfront, I never would have signed up. What makes matters even worse, the tanning bed even have stickers from the manufacturer on them stating that you shouldn’t use the bed in consecutive days the first week of tanning!! If you do(which I did), they have you sign a piece of paper(waiver)to protect themselves in case you burn yourself & want to sue. I”ll never be back & will warn everyone I know to avoid………..
