I see mixed reviews so I wanted to share my experiences. I’ve been going here for several years. First time I went, the tech scraped the back of my heel and it bled. Hurt so bad and took months to “heal”. Another time, a tech did a pedicure then made me wait 20 minutes w polish remover on while she did someone else (she should have did this first while doing the pedicure). Anyways, other than those two bad experiences, the others have all been great. I ask for Tammy now. She’s very pleasant and does a great job. I think it’s important to find someone you like then stick w that particular person (just like you would w your hair). All salons have good and not so good techs so I wouldn’t take it out on the whole salon. Thank you Tammy for being able to rely on you for great mani,pedis.

i got my nails filled 5 days ago and two of them have already came off. when i walked out of the salon on friday afternoon they were already not feeling as if the nails were secure and sure enough one popped off on sunday and the other today ( wednesday ) the man who did my nails also didn’t fill in where the acrylic needed to be filled in. he also didn’t file them down or make sure the nails were the same in length/shape. when i commented about it he didn’t really seem to care. it sucks because i normally have amazing service here, i’ve never had this man do my nails before which i was hopeful for them to look amazing but i was let down. my nails looked as if they needed to be filled in the moment i left.

Lady was friendly but wasnt very happy with the nails, they werent shaped correctly and its been 12days since i got them done and they chipping and started lifting up within 8days of having them done. I will not be goin here again. Acrylic nails

By far one of my better options when if comes to nails. Although, I dont always get what I want and I have had a smaller issue when I go my nails done. The place was packed and my technician forgot to “level out” or “file down” my nails so they looked like bubble nails and were incredibly thick. They were so busy I didn’t want to bother them, but I should have because I wasnt happy. Other than that instance, this far, everything has been fine. They do great designs too.

I’v been here maybe 5-6 times for pedicures. The staff is always very nice and aren’t pushy about up-selling services. My boyfriend often comes with me and feels very comfortable with the staff. The prices are about the same as the other salons. The color lasts a long time.

I got a pedicure and my shellac soaked off. I wanted a basic pedicure and I was told that if I wanted my calluses removed, I was told I had to get the next price up, even when the basic included a picture of the foot scrub. Next, I was told she couldn’t cut out my ingrown toenails (the reason I came in) she told me she had cut as much as she could which was minuscule. She massaged my legs for under a minute then told me to get my manicure then come back for my toe polish. I told the manicure guy that I wasn’t happy with her massage. I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed and he assured me someone else would do it. The lady that did my pedicure took me back and told me she was the only one who could do it.!! She brought me back to the pedicure chair and proceeded to e FACETIME in a loud voice on her phone. Massaged my legs for 3-4 minutes then painted my nails. After one coat, she said “it’s not going to be the right color.” I told her, she needs to put more coats on. I could not believe I was experiencing!!! The final gall was they charged me $68.00!!! NEVER NEVER GO THERE!!! They are horrible!!!!

Do not go here a went a while back and the woman doing my nails was really rude I told her I wanted a pretty burgundy and she said okay then showed me a color that was all dried out. I said no and she painted my nails that color anyways then when I told her that wasn’t the color I wanted she tried to argue with me. They are not gentle on your hands either my cuticles hurt from the hard filing. Two of the nails were not even and pointed to the left.
