I went in for a pedicure and they were able to fit me in. The location itself is pretty but the floors and some of the pedicure chairs were dirty. While getting the pedicure (which was perfectly fine, and what I expected from a pedicure), my tech asked if I wanted a manicure. I said no thanks and let her know I can’t have my nails done anymore due to my job but she said she could just trim my nails and clean up my cuticles. I said ok but wish I would have said no. This part was super rushed, my nails were quickly cut, not filed very well, my cuticles look no different and the filing on my top of my nail looks awful. The overall “manicure” lasted maybe 5 minutes. When checking out, I expected a charge for trimming but definitely not a charge for a full manicure. Pretty disappointed and will likely not use this location in future.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI never leave reviews. Ever. But this place ruined my nails. The lady doing my nails rushed through them, did not pay any attention to detail or even my reference picture I showed her. The nails were sooo thick THEY HURT AND THROBBED all night and each nail was going a separate direction, I had to hand file them all the way down just so I can sleep. Not only that but they OVERCHARGED me. I had to pay way more than what I was told or even what the price sheet said.We tried to call back for a refund or for Max to help and fix our nails because we live far but all we got was attitude and NO HELP AT ALL. All he said was that he won’t give us a refund, he won’t fix our nails, and he won’t do our nails again. Horrible service. Don’t even deserve 1 star. The nails were sooo thick THEY HURT AND THROBBED all night and each nail was going a separate direction, I had to hand file them all the way down just so I can sleep. David did my nails. He takes his time. If you are in a hurry do not go to him lol but if you want the best quality very Beautiful pedicure and manicure than David is your guy only if you have time to spend there 🙂

I’ve been to this nail salon several times and have left happy until today. I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and get gel polish on my natural nails. The acrylic fake nail was not soaked off but preyed off. It was incredibly painful and my nails are now damaged. I’ve had my acrylic soaked off before here with another nail technician and had no issue, but this other person just cut and ripped the acrylic off. Even after saying “ouch” and that it hurt, they didn’t stop. Disappointed since I used to like this salon.
