Had a 10:00 appointment today with Amy Pagliai for a haircut…she did not show for this appointment and she never responded to me in any way….I drove 20 miles for this haircut and she is inconsiderate enough that she has not contacted me….this is called disrespect!! I have tried to contact her by several means and she refuses to answer…please give careful thought to having an appointment with her…she just might not show! (did get my hair cut at Great Clips in Waukee and it was one of the best haircuts I have had….and cost me $35.00 less than it would have with Amy)

Emailed to cancel an appointment well before the 24 hour mark due to a family member being sick. Got a cold, rude response back and will not be going back to the studio again. Apologies for the women there who did nothing to deserve this review.
