I got a dip nail polish on my natural nails today and my nail technician was Diamond and she was the best nail technician I have ever had! She had incredible attention to detail at every step, even making sure that there was no overhang on the underside of my nail. And it was very reasonably priced!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m truly so upset with my last experience. The first picture is how I left the salon vs the second pic is how my nail looked when I got home. I have been coming to this location for at least 2-3 years now and even recommended it to my friends. A few months ago, my boyfriend and I went to get pedicures and he left the place with a nasty infection on his big toe. Regardless of that, I still returned because I still really trusted this place. I came in today for a refill, nothing too crazy. While reshaping the acrylics, she filed WAY too hard on my pinky finger causing a small little cut. I’ve been to multiple nail salons and this happens here and there so I didn’t really care. As she was cutting my cuticles, she was SOO aggressive with it causing the cut on both of my middle fingers and the nonstop bleeding. What’s crazy is she tried using the nail glue to cover up the cut because I wouldn’t stop bleeding??? And still charged me full price after cutting me three times.I understand mistakes happen. I have family members that work in nail salons too and hear countless stories from them. But the professionalism of this place and its quality of work has gone downhill so much.Update- After calling them in regard to my review, they offered me $20 because they claimed she is “usually very good”.I’m truly so upset with my last experience. I have been coming to this location for at least 2-3 years now and even recommended it to my friends. Unfortunately I do not recommend this place. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. Color choices were bad and did not match what you chose for the gel colors. The techs here are slower than all other places I’ve been to. The interior is not clean nor aesthetically pleasing. I waited 30 minutes and was told that I would be complete in about 1 hour. 2 hours later I left with mediocre nails but with a terrible gel color. I didn’t have time to have them fix it so I will just have to get these fixed at a different salon.

0/10 do NOT get waxed here! I had an appointment for a brazilian but when I walked in I immediately felt like something was off, the interior was really dingy and felt dirty. They brought me to a room where I got ready, lied down and then she started by using a pair of scissors that didn’t look like they’d been cleaned. She never put gloves on. They use the same wax for everybody getting a Brazilian/Bikini wax and use a different stick for each client, but not for each dip. It’s a soft wax, so she used my stick to dip in the wax and apply it to my skin, and then put a muslin strip on to pull. It was painful and extremely patchy. I didn’t feel comfortable letting her continue so I said I was done. She applied so much baby powder to my skin with her bare hands and rubbed it in. There were still bits of wax still stuck to me because she didn’t clean it up after I told her I was done. I definitely felt like I needed to take a shower after being in there, with her bare hands touching me, the excess baby powder all over my pants, and just the feeling of ick from the community use wax. Just don’t do it.
