I went to this salon 06-24-2019. This place was an all around horrible experience. The customer service was terrible. One of my nails was broken in half so it needed to be removed and for a new tip to be put on. The nail tech proceeded to rip off the remainder of my nail even though I told her that it was sore underneath and I was experiencing pain so I would like it to be soaked off. She did not listen and went on to do what she wanted to do. In addition, the outcome of my nails was unacceptable. From the paint job to the shaping I was very disappointed. I will not be returning. I would need a video to be able to show how bad the nails are and the difference between the shape of both hands. They also charge for cutting your nails down. Lastly, before I left I noticed that the individual who was doing my nails was not one of the individuals that had a license displayed on the wall and it was clear that she needed more training. Side note: They are only receiving one start because it would not allow me to post with out selecting a star if I could they wouldn’t get one.

So, I politely asked her to redo it and she told me, what she could do was cut my nails down and ask me to leave. I am 22 years old I have never got into an argument with a nail technician. I very much enjoy this place. I stumbled upon it when my nail salon was too busy. Everyone is very nice and the managers will make sure you’re satisfied before leaving. When it is slow they’ll even have two nail techs working on me. The pedicure chairs have charging ports. There’s a huge selection of colors; regular, gel and powder. They now have the ability to do ombré. This is my favorite hidden nail gem of Bowie.

Aside from a woman in the salon arguing with my nail technician the entire time, my experience wasn’t bad. Everyone was super nice and were willing to work with my picky choosing. The gentleman who did my nails did an EXCELLENT job but the prices are a little high for a hole in the wall lol. Aesthetic aside, if they bring their prices down a touch, I’d definitely consider becoming a regular here. Thanks to everyone who helped get my nails perfect the picture doesn’t do them justice

Came for a gel acrylic manicure two days later the nails broke and peeled went back to fix it and they said no maybe tomorrow because it’s busy and there’s literally no one in the shop. Customer service is very poor don’t waste your money they can’t even do simply design Gel manicures, Acrylic nails

The shop is new and quaint. I received a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was okay, but not thorough. Once we got to the gel manicure it was awful. I had to remind him to be gentle on my cuticles in which the older guy who was doing my nails completely messed up. My gel polish started chipping in less than a week. The other kicker is they were advertising 20% off one service, but when they rung me up they didn’t take the 20% off. I asked them about it and he said oh we do next time when you come back. I will never go back there again and I suggest you don’t waste your time.

They charged me for a nail polish change, even though they never removed any nail polish off of me…which was an extra 10 dollars, a lady had an infected finger and didn’t wear gloves with another client im- don’t come here. They are nice but they do not listen, they don’t buy new nail files, and they almost rushed me. Never coming again. Save money and don’t come here ladies!
