Carol is superb and does excellent color. She is always smiling and mentally present when working on my hair. She also does this great effect of putting shiny strands of what looks like high-end tinsel in my hair to accent the reddish brown tones and says that she can do the same for blondes and people with black hair. I get tons of compliments about the shiny effect of these strands, an effect which Carol says she developed for doing the hair of a Bollywood actress. Carol simply does great color with a beautiful smile!
