I was initially very happy with their services but thought they put it on too thick with the acrylic powder but thought it will just give me more options later on. I had these done this past Sunday and it is only Thursday.

The girl who took off my acrylic and gel nails and gave me a manicure was very nice. However, I don’t think she was very experienced. She didn’t get all of the gel off and for the manicure, the cuticles were not done well and it wasn’t smooth on top. She worked on me for 2 hours. I left not wanting to complain but once I got to my car and looked at it good, I went back in. They didn’t act like there was anything wrong and I eventually said I would just fix it myself at home which was frustrating because it cost $35 and wasn’t done well.

I went to this spa twice for pedicures. The first experience was very nice! We were seated as soon as we walked through the door and we’re offered the complimentary beverage. I got the deluxe massage which was nice, but disappointed how fast it went. The second time my experience wasn’t as great as the first. We were seated fast, however the tech didn’t fill the water until they got to us. The water was lukewarm, we weren’t offered the complimentary beverage until I requested it, and again the message went by so fast. While the environment is very nice and very clean the services are starting to feel rushed.

I went a couple of weeks ago and got gel acrylics put on. I got them done on a Sunday and one fell off by that Friday, so within 5 days. I called them and told them and they told me I could go get it fixed. So, I went expecting not to have to pay considering I didn’t even have them on for a week! If I’m paying $50 for nails they should stay on. So anyways, she told me the total and I wasn’t going to argue or make a big deal. So I took out my card and then they said they could only take cash and refused to use my card? I then proceeded to tell them that I didn’t even expect to have to pay considering I didn’t even have them on for a week. They told me they don’t repair them for free even in that short period of time. Every other nail salon I’ve ever been to would be happy to fix them for free. Since they wouldn’t take my card I had to give them the only little bit of cash I did have. Poor customer service. Won’t be going back.

To start off, the nail salon looks immaculate and pristine. The new look is modern and minimalistic. The service is impeccable and the ladies who gave me a manicure deserve a raise. I especially want to shout out JOHN BUI for his consistent and high quality massages. They made my body reset and feel new again!!

Staff was friendly but I think they over book and have too many people waiting for a long time. I had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes before I was worked on. It would be nice if they started the water so your feet could at least soak while you wait. The lady that did my pedicure was extremely fast and didn’t even massage my feet. That’s everyone’s favorite part of getting a pedicure right? She did do a good job on polishing my big toes except that the polish didn’t come down all the way to it look like I already had them grown out. I was hoping to try a new place and like it since my regular place is way out on Kavanaugh. May give this place a try again later down the road once they get more experience.
