So far, so good as I only called! VERY professional, yet down to earth! I just made an appt and plan to use multiple services they offer. I’m annoyed that so many places here in LV fail to list prices (or at least a baseline price) and more info about their services albeit a handful. But, hey at least they answered when I called and they were so easy to talk to. Daniella was really nice and I haven’t spoken to someone like her in a while. It was refreshing to have someone answer all of my questions without a hint of an attitude or as if they were rushing to get me off of the phone. Thank you!

I fly in specially to have Richard do my filler and Botox. He is incredibly professional, warm and welcoming. You never feel rushed and he treats everyone as if they were his friend forever. His skill set is second to none. His pricing is extremely fair. His office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and his office is very inviting. I don’t mind waiting if I need to when I come as they have massage chairs always available.

It was horrible! I arrived 10 minutes early for my first appointment. The door is locked because of the location, I pressed the doorbell, an attendant just opened it and came back to his table, asked my name and asked to wait in a narrow room with 5 massage chairs, in this room there were other patients talking to each other or talking on video on their smartphones, the noise was very loud.. The wait was 1 hour and 10 min, in that time no attendant checked, explained or apologized for the delay. Unfortunately, I no longer had the physical or psychological conditions to continue on a cosmetic appointment. Very sad to know that there is such a low level of customer service, especially in an aesthetic clinic.

I have been to many spas and have had great service but this place exceeded all my expectations. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated like royalty. While you wait, you get a massage and can watch TV. You almost want to wait when you get there or just get there early to get a little extra pampering. The staff and service are top notch. Most importantly, you not only leave there feeling renewed but also rejuvenated. Their laser treatments are a must. You will not regret it. I highly recommend this place!
