Karen is absolutely outstanding!!! We called and booked the appointment and she came on time and totally ready to work! She set up her mobile tanning booth quickly. She explained everything with patience and answered all of our questions without hesitation.

DO NOT BOOK!!! They didn’t show up for my mobile tan appointment nor did they call. When I asked them to refund me they said they didn’t have a booking so I wasn’t charged which was incorrect. Then they later said they did have the booking, and that I didn’t show or cancel so no refund would be issued! I waited at my rental villa for an hour past the booking time. TOTAL SCAM!

Terrible!!!!! The stuff came off on all my clothes, my sheets, my car the very first night!!!! She even tried to sell me some very expensive sheets, saying the bronzer won’t come off on those!!! What a total rip off!!!! Aside from the fact, it’s extremely difficult getting licenses for all those different services here in Hawaii!!!! Tanning

Critical: ProfessionalismAs a bride who had booked far in advance with this place, I was ignored by email prior to coming to Hawaii as well as while I was there. It wasn’t until the day of that I called only to get a voice mail. Shortly after, I was texted that they suddenly had to cancel and that they thought they had gotten in touch with me about it. There was barely an apology and I was left to try and find someone 2 days before my wedding. Luckily Bella Bronze Maui was able to have me come in. For the lack of pure unprofessionalism, I would 100% recommend anyone but this company. It wasn’t until the day of that I called only to get a voice mail. Shortly after, I was texted that they suddenly had to cancel and that they thought they had gotten in touch with me about it. I LOVED LOVED my color! I have had many spray tans and this truly was more of a golden brown glow! Best color I’ve ever had! I come back here yearly for a Dermatology conference and will be booking my spray tans with this business from here on forward! If you’re even a little on the fence, I encourage you to try it. Her services are completely professional and the product speaks for itself! It’s safe color too 🙂

Incredible experience!! I was looking for a good tan for my vacation and she delivered. Her products are the best and the experience was even better. She does a lot of brides but treated my tan just as important and gave me a lot of tips and tricks to make it last. The personalized experience of it being mobile is just the cherry on top!
