I set an appt, arrived on time…she was 30 minutes late. They have no regard for your time whatsoever. Hair was nice, lasted 2 weeks though.

They are nice folks but she told me to be here at 9am. She has been taking walkins first since there style will take less time but now she is giving a walkin box braids and its now noon. It doesn’t make a difference if you make appointment, if walk ins come in there is no priority it all becomes first come first serve. So just be prepared to wait a couple hours while walkins go first and you go last even if you already had an appointment.

OMG, If there was a way to rate a negative star rating I would. 1st off this is my 2ND time going to this God awful “salon.” I gave them the benefit of the doubt because their quality of their braids are good. HOWEVER they are SEVERELY overpriced and the staff and atmosphere are very unprofessional. 1st off, they were late BOTH times I went. The lady who I scheduled an 8:15 appointment with pulled up into the parking lot at 830, saw me, dropped someone off then proceeded to Mcdonalds to get her breakfast. She didn’t start braiding my hair until 9:05. After she entered the shop, instead of hopping right to doing my hair, she sweeps the shop up and takes her time for another 10-15 minutes as well. (GREAT priorities)

me and my mother have been going to Maty for 7 years now . Maty does excellent braids and other styles and the price is high but worth it for her quality styles . she is always polite when we come . she’s not always on time but considering she has children you have to keep that in mind . ii will continue to get my hair done by Maty .

Critical: Punctuality, QualityThe person that did my daughter hair is not a braider. Second time there. First time the lady slayed my daughter hair.
