I have had the absolute worst time dealing with a service provider, LaChay Patrice, at Mattison Aveneue Salon Suites & Spas Frisco Legacy-Eldorado. She is very unprofessional and unreliable and have had her children in the shop running around during services. I’ve reached out to the Salon Owner regarding the situation and never received a reply. This situation lets me know that they don’t really care for their clients or image at Mattison Avenue and it is really disappointing. It has been such a headache and I would certainly think twice before considering services at this particular location.
