there was a older guy that did my nails and they were hideous i wanted a black french tip and medium length and skinny square shape. and he did the opposite! he made them fat and also he didn’t do any prep for my nails he didn’t even cut my actual nails so you could see my nail under my acrylics. and some of my nails were crooked. PLEASE LET T TO DO YOUR NAILS. and they made me wait 2 hours just to get my nails botched ♀️. then i made the slightest movement and he looked up at me in anger and made a big deal abt me moving my leg carefully.

Mimi is amazing! I’ve had her do my almond shaped acrylics and my no chip manicures when I switch it up. She always gets my shape right whether I ask for square, almond, or round. She’s also really nice.

Everyone knows what they are doing and have a good hand at it! Good at doing hard designs and have good customer service. Appointments are preferred because they are busy and get many customers but walk ins are welcome you just might have to wait a little.

I took my daughter with her friend for their acrylic nails and this was their first time in this place. I went and sat with my daughter and the guy who worked on my daughter’s nails agreed to her design that she wanted, but later sent her with another lady because he couldn’t do it. Therefore, it was going to take a lot longer to finish. I continued to patiently wait as I had a huge headache. My daughter wanted to use her phone and this guy told my daughter not to use her phone. He also left my daughter undone and sent her with another lady for the design and on top of that told my daughter’s friend that her designs that she wanted was a lot of money. I confronted this guy and told him that politeness would have gone a long way. I tried to keep it quiet but he raise his voice on me trying to argue back. That is a big NO NO. You do not tell someone not to use their phones, tell them it is too expensive, and take almost 2 hours to complete the job. Very unprofessional and poorly done nails. I would definitely not recommend this place. I have seen a lot better than this. One star is too much.

I had a great experience at Matte Nail Lounge; Mia was my nail tech and she did an excellent job with my nails…..everything was just as I asked for from the nail shape, length, and nail design. Matte Nail Lounge is a little pricey, but totally worth it, for the quality. I will definitely be returning….as I have already scheduled my next appointment with Mia:)
