Critical: Quality, ValueThis website better be lucky I can’t post any pictures. Had my hair extensions in for 8 days and they fell out and the girl did not compensate me for the entire thing. Only gave me $100 back!! After 3 days of having them I had to go back in the salon for her to fix them them 5 days later they fell out completely. When I messaged her about it on Instagram she was just reading my messages and not responding. The made it out to seem like it was MY fault. Worst experience ever. I had to turn around and pay a whole new stylist to put them in. The quality of the hair that was installed in my head was really poor quality compared to the wefts my current stylist uses. I haven’t been to the salon yet, but I would like to go ahead and give this place a 5 star rating on the customer/client onboarding experience! They have several options to book appointments, ask questions, etc. other than just calling. I was able to book an appt after hours without any phone call the next day. Considering I would have to call tomorrow during my very short lunch break, I am very thankful.
