I’ve been a customer for 15 years or more. Here recently the colors are not what I choose and they argue when I show them. I get prices have to go up but theirs is getting ridiculous. And today they thought it was fun to make fun of my grandmother for not understanding something they said. They continued saying over and over and laughing for a good 10 minutes. Will not be back

Came for polish on toes and a full set of powder dip. Made an appointment and waited almost 30 minutes because they NEVER keep appointments. The girl soaked my feet and put polish on my nails. Apparently, that’s now a pedicure. Onto nails.. I picked out the color I wanted, which wasn’t the one she chose. She swore it was, yet what should have been navy blue, dried purple.. I wasn’t happy and they went over it once more with “navy”. They were rushed and look horrible. Then, charged $82!!!!! After coming here for 20 Damn years, I’m done. They charge random prices to whomever and then talk about you.. Rude and charged my card while I was telling them the price was wrong. Don’t waste your time and money!!!!!

I have been a customer since 2016 after a few incidents I will no longer be coming here. The first incident was I made an appointment for 10:30 one morning. I ended up sitting in the chair with my feet in the water for 40 minutes. The water had gone cold. I ended up having to leave because I had other things on my schedule and I was pregnant and just over it. I don’t know many places so I ended up going back only to the second continuous incident. Their prices keep going up. Post pandemic I would pay no more than 70-75 for gel polish pedicure and for dip pink and white ombré. Now some how it costs $95. Oh yeah I brought all of my own dip powder And chemicals for that along with files and nippers.

I made an appointment at 3:30. The place was busy, which I expected, which is why I made an appointment. The people there were very friendly and after waiting about 15 minutes after my appointment time, they asked me to wash my hands and have a seat at one of their numbered booths. Another 20 minutes go by and I haven’t had my service started. The lady at the booth over apologized and said they were busy. I understand because I’ve been in customer service for years, but after 45 minutes waiting, I had to move from the booth they originally sat me at because another customer asked me to move because they told her to sit at that spot too to continue her service. I decided to leave at that time because the waiting area was full and I wasn’t sure when they would provide me service. I expect waiting that amount of time as a walk-in, but I made an appointment and was unable to receive the service I was scheduled for. The staff was extremely friendly, however, but I wish they wouldn’t overbook appointments.
