Very unprofessional no one speaks or acknowledges you when you walk in not even your own hairdresser. And then she’s rough with my hair and makes me look like a zebra and leopard. And then when I leave I still have dark roots on one side with chunks of dark hair and the other side is just all blonde …uneven highlights. sometimes she does a great job, very inconsistent. The owner is telling her to raise the prices! LOL
