I love my fresh set and pedicure!! Heather is the best she takes her time and is so professional. This is only my second time back here and I will become a regular now, way better than my old place. The price is a bit high but you have to pay for quality. The place is clean and everyone is so nice. I’m in love!!

I’m extremely happy with my hair colored and nails. I have always been coming to matrix ever since I was a teenager. There job is amazing because they always take there time on everyone. They make sure that your comfortable with your decision. Matrix customer service is awesome there so friendly, helpful and have patience. I reccomend this salon to anyone.

The lady named Maria seemed so nice so I felt bad telling her what a genuinely awful job she did on my hair. Not only did she cut it 5 inches when I told her specifically I did not want it more than 2 but it’s choppy and just flat out hideous. I am home right now going through the 5 stages of grief. Never cried over hair before but this is genuinely the worst haircut I have ever gotten.
