The shop was clean; Amy disinfected the chair before I sat down and made sure I was comfortable in between time. Shoutout to Matou for keeping up her service throughout COVID-19. This time I wanted butterfly box braids and they started sliding out and very sloppy looking. People thought I did my hair myself. This is the 2nd time they did a bad job. The first time I got butterfly locs and they started unraveling the next day. She did them wrong. This time I wanted butterfly box braids and they started sliding out and very sloppy looking. People thought I did my hair myself. I went here to get a weave. I took it out and the wave had pulled my hair out by the root creating a bald spot. I went back to get a refund and could not get in touch with the owner. It took me 3 days to meet her and I had already gotten a new weave. I showed her the pix i took of the spot and she said it looked like I cut it. I was refused the refund. My hair was not cut it was ripped from the root by the work they did. This is how they do business.

I came into this place to get knotless godess braids and they charged me twice and also did not finish my hair and will not refund me my money I had to call the police and still didn’t receive anything do not come here…Fatima charged my card a second time like I wasn’t going know.. she came in with an attitude…complained about it getting late..complained about doing my hair because I wanted my braids long…then told me I’ll be okay cuz my money will get refunded..knowing it’s a Saturday and I won’t see my money until Monday

Wonderful service! First time and I was a bit nervous. I wanted Fulani braids. The two stylists did my hair and I loved the results. Every where I go, people give me compliments on my hair. Currently my hair is about to reach three weeks and it still looks brand new. Definitely will be back again. Great service!
