I went here and got my hair done for my wedding on 04/24/2017. When I went to take my hair down a month later I had to cut my hair at the base where the braid began because my hair had locked. It was sooo matted I couldn’t take it apart. After 5 hours of trying to detangle it, I ended up having to cut it all off. Fatima braided my hair with pink hair lotion, she wet the strands of my hair and then braided my hair. I kept smelling something, and when I realized what she had done it was too late. I don’t know what was truly in the bottle but pink hair lotion should have never been applied to my hair. I did not ask for it, nor did I want it. The parts in the middle of my head where so huge, I paid $260 for middle back length for small braids. I paid to have my hair matted and tangled beyond repair. Terrible experience !!! Do not go here !!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get my knotless braids done on the 6th I spent 200$ today is the 8th I’ve wrapped and tired my hair for the 2 nights and this is how it looks after 2 day. I called 2 and asked is there something that we can work out. I would have rather be satisfied and not posted a bad review but the women told me that I I can not blackmail her I could go ahead and post a review obviously. These people do not care about the customers satisfaction is all about the money, if I were you I would no choice this place to go to. Update: I went and they placed the new braidist on my head. She complained about my natural hair the entire time.. it took her twice as long as the stylist in front and she had an attitude Braids kept falling out. The owner had an attitude regarding repair. Also, stated she had plenty of clients when I threatened not to return. Uhmmm $220…. I haven’t been back since.

If u come in their establishment with a pic expect not to get it. They always tell u what is best for u and they really only specialize in box braids. I couldn’t even get havana twist and then they had an attitude. The lady who did my hair put jam and pump it up on my hair and I told her I didn’t want any products but she said it won’t look neat. Idc about neatness as much as I care about my natural hair coming out. On top of it all there were so many loose stands of hair throughout the braids that she was cutting and it could’ve been my hair. For 250 I won’t be back. Just know that not all Africans can braid

First time getting braids at this location and my experience was very pleasant. The staff were fast paced and friendly. I was skeptical at first after reading some info that you have to perm hair before getting the braid extensions but that was not the case at all. One lady was so friendly, offered me water and ask if I was satisfied with my hair several times before I left the shop. I love it! I’ve gotten so many compliments and questioned “where did you go?” Very pleased. Will go back again and recommend a friend.

They got rude when I asked for a certain style & my braids was so tight when I go home my scalp was bleeding. They got rude when I asked for a certain style & my braids was so tight when I go home my scalp was bleeding. I was so upset I paid all this money and had to end up taking my hair Down after only 3 days called them to tell them & show them they didnt care at all I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I came here several months ago because I had knots in my head. There were about 4. I asked a lady via phone can they professionally remove them without the loss of a lot of hair. She says yes and we set up an appointment. We got there and I was waiting for a little while. Then she sent us (boyfriend and I) on a trip to the store because we wasn’t equipped with the proper products. Seemed a bit fishy. So when it came down to it, I could feel the hair getting ripped out of my head. She wouldn’t let me see it because she knew she was in the wrong. My hair was super thin after that visit. Never in my life has my hair been thin. Never going back!

The young lady with the bad wig I wish I knew her name was very unprofessional. She sits to the right in the second chair up front. She is a little thicker then the other young ladies. Braid extremely to tight and talk to much. If she worked as much as she talked then it would have been a lot quicker. The young lady with the bad wig I wish I knew her name was very unprofessional. She sits to the right in the second chair up front. She is a little thicker then the other young ladies. In the middle of her braiding my hair she accused me of having an attitude and I didn’t.
