We specialize in treating acute and chronic pain issues. Mat based, body inclusive, clothes on, massage therapy offers a deeper and more effective way to treat the whole body. Using a combination of compressions, joint mobilizations, traction, and stretching, the body can relax in new ways, giving way to longer lasting results. We also offer traditional Swedish massage on the table as well as mat based table work. Not sure which massage is for you? I have thoracic outlet syndrome which causes some pretty bad headaches and reduction in range of motion.
