I call to ask if they take walk-ins and of course they do. There was only one very young lady Shelby (I believe that is what her copied license read) she said she had been a full cosmetologist for a year. I had really long hair, went in on a chance of getting a cut, an extra trim just below my shoulders, well it’s now up to my neck, the girl kept saying I need to fix this, before I knew it, I had no hair to make a bun or even a decent ponytail.

Place was clean and everyone was following Covid precautions with masks, cleaning areas and hand sanitizer was available inside at outside at the door.
