I had just been treated badly at a place around the corner from Master Cuts and was not in a good mood, I went it, they were very pleasant and by coincidence they were able to get me in right then, did an excellent job on my hair, though a little more expensive, it was well worth it. Needless to say, when I left Master Cuts I was in a much better mood than when I entered. The place was busy and clean. Thank you, I will be back.

I called the day before to see if I could make An appointment for the next day and they told me no we only make same-day reservations. So I called the next day at 9 o’clock when they opened to make a same-day reservations and they said that they only had appointments open at 2 o’clock. I asked them” oh a lot of people have been calling this morning because you guys told me yesterday only same day reservation. They said they were scheduled before. How does that make an sense.

I stopped in just to schedule an appointment, knowing the gal I prefer to do my hair would not be in … just wanted to get an appointment set up for sometime in the next few days. However, of the 3 employees I could see working, not one greeted me as I stood at the front counter. I tried to convince myself that they just didn’t see me. However, as they looked in my direction, not one of them acknowledged I was there. I can understand giving the customer in your chair your undivided attention. However, is it not common courtesy just to greet a customer as they walk in the door??? When I decided just to leave … I was confident that one of the employees would then call to me. Call me wrong. This incident does not change how I feel about the one I always try to schedule my appointments with. She is always very friendly & attentive while doing a customer’s hair … while always taking notice and acknowledges any customer as they come in the door AND as they leave!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went a few weeks ago to get my hair cut and got a blond lady about 45-50 who seemed to be short tempered and just in a hurry. Sighing while cutting my hair. I really didn’t think much of it, assuming everyone has a bad day. However last night we took my stepson to get his hair cut and got the same lady. Wow, she was rude! Making comments like “….well I am not going to do the same hair cut five times…” So this 13 year old kid, who was already nervous to get his hair cut and change his appearance, was very uncomfortable with the tension she was causing. Again she was sighing and just seemed to hate her job. This is the last time I will ever go back to this place. Kids have enough trouble worrying about their appearance without people like this making it worse.
