Had my 2 year old boy’s hair cut here, honestly, it was a little warm in there, but the lady did a really great job cutting my son’s hair even though he kept moving his head, took time when the opportunity came top cut what she saw needed trimming. It was quick, but careful. All in all really good job

I think Abby cut my hair?? Not sure, but she was rude. I wanted my hair thinned out and trimmed and she barely did anything. Still feels THICK. They washed my hair and trimmed it and said it would cost $10 to blow dry it. My boyfriends hair cost the same and he didn’t even get it washed. Rip off.

Not to happy with how any of the haircuts turned out. My son’s hair is so gapped up. She cut one short section in his bangs in the front. You can literally see where she cut his hair at an angle so it’s shorter in certain sections and it’s the worst around his cowlick in the back. After washing all the product she put in his hair out, his hair sticks up all over his head in the back. My 7yr old daughter had her hair cut by the same lady. Hers looks okay, but her layers are uneven. Her bangs were cut at an angle so one side is longer than the other. She made it where her bangs would have to be styled or pulled to the side every day or they stayed in her face. I asked her to put her bangs straight because I don’t need the hassle with 4 kids. My husband had another woman cut his. He has his hair long on top and about a #2 on the bottom when finished. He told her he wanted the bottom the #2 and asked her to make sure the line of his long hair on top was even on both sides and cut about 3in off the top. He ended up with one line higher than the other and then his hair on top was longer in the front than in the back. It was as if she was trying to give him a come over from front to back when he usually has enough for a ponytail on top. So needless to say, this place will never see a penny of our money again because it so wasn’t worth the almost $80 for 3 haircuts.

With my experience the women who work there are nice, although I did not get the hair style I was expecting. When I requested my bangs to be side swept the woman told me she could not do that…even though I had my bangs grown out to the length of the rest of my hair (about to my shoulders) So she did have hair to work with..Main reason why I am writing this review is because one of my coworkers went in a few days ago and oh..my…they messed his hair up bad!!! Cut way too much off then he wanted and even told whoever did his to leave a certain part of his hair alone…and they cut it. So he doesn’t have much hair left.

The ladies were polite and pleasant. I was in the chair quickly. She did not wet hair at all before cutting. Did not check part in my hair. After paying a professional almost 20. I have to go home and cut the pieces she missed. She became distracted because after starting on my hair a regular came in requesting her.

I thought booking the first 3appoinyments of the day would mean I wouldnt have to wait. That was not the case, they must have opened early or something because they already had someone in the chair and several people in line. The woman who first tried to help me didnt know how to use the computer, one woman ended up cutting all 3 of our hairs. She was quick but not the best only one of us was satisfied and he is 4. Over priced and did not even get the shampoo that was supposed to come with the package. Will not be returning, would not recommend.

to put this in short – last oct i randomly went in, brittney was first to cut my hair. she done excellent on my hair as i went every month until she left to have her own shop. i was scared to go back bc i didnt want a new person since she had done so well so long. i got vanessa, and have been back to her again since. she will def do my hair from now on. she is AMAZING at cutting short hair and super good cust service.

I went in for a haircut an color. I wanted a choppy bob come out with a plain bob shorter than i wanted. I chose a reddish color dye .When i got home I noticed my forhead ears an meck was also dyed . plus i woke up with sores in my head from the dye . I will never go back. Nor would I ever recommend anyone to ever go therw. I paid $90 for the worst haircut an color. I have taken pictures of all the damage .

I called them at 630am the man took all of my car info and address where I was located. Then told me someone would call me back. I waited 3 hours on a phone call. I called them back. They answered but never said a word to me. Then hung up on me. I never received a phone call back so I called another locksmith.
