I had a great experience! I was nervous going in because I haven’t had anything more than a trim in 20 years. Amanda was very understanding and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had no idea what I wanted so I showed her some pictures of cuts I kind of liked but wasn’t sure of. She asked me what I liked about them and created a cut for me. It looks amazing! My husband couldn’t stop smiling when I came home and my self-esteem has never been higher! I will definitely be going back!

We highly recommend Mastercuts for all of your hair cutting/styling needs! I got married October 1st and Ashley from Mastercuts was the hairstylist for myself and my bridesmaids! My husband and I have been getting hair cuts at Mastercuts for the past 13+ years, and we couldn’t have imagined any other company doing our wedding hair. Ashley was on time, professional, executed the styles we wanted perfectly, and just made us feel beautiful! She even took a few pictures of us getting ready due to us missing some of our getting ready pics with our photographer!(We gave permission for this and wanted this). We were so grateful for her expertise on our big day and will continue to go to Master Cuts for all of our cutting/styling needs!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a perm, and I’ve had a few before so I know at this point how long it would normally take ( and I have a lot of hair and it’s longer now too). I was there for two hours; an hour for rolling my hair – which she didn’t roll very tight. And an hour for the solution, which should have taken longer to set before she rinsed it out. To make a long story short, I don’t have curly hair and I basically paid for the straightest waves I’ve ever experienced. My hair is straighter now than when I went in. I was very happy with my experience. I’m not much of a talker and I don’t like when a stylist keeps trying to speak to me when I’ve made it clear I’m not the type to talk when getting my hair cut. But anyway, she asked questions consistently to make sure I got the cut I wanted instead of winging it like most stylists to because I don’t know how to go into specifics and it’s the cutest cut I’ve ever had. I love it. Friendly environment, great employees. They can count on seeing me again.

Never leave reviews but my first and last experience really blew my mind. Called ahead to schedule an appointment because I was on a time crunch. Showed up at my scheduled time and was then asked if I called and scheduled an appointment. I said yes and was then asked “if I was in a hurry because it’s gonna be at least 30 mins” because the only stylist working had started someone else during my scheduled time. The lady getting her hair done said it was alright and she could cut my hair quick. So that was slightly annoying but what really got me was when I went to pay, I was charged for a more expensive service than what I got, which I didn’t have time to argue about so I just paid it. I didn’t leave a tip, as I didn’t feel I should have, and the stylist actually said to me “if I knew you weren’t gonna tip I wouldn’t have done it”. She’s lucky I didn’t have the time for her. Do not bother with this place.

Well. I don’t intend to come back. Stated cut lightly on the sides, she had to guess what number to use… Bad.. then also told her not to touch the top and she did. My own opinion I cut my hair way better so I’m probably going to just keep doing it myself. I actually showed a picture of myself and what I wanted it to look like. Honestly would have had the same results if I have my friend a buzzer and he’s never cut hair. Sad that was not worth the $28 I spent.
