I didn’t even get the name of the woman who cut my hair… but she was AMAZING! She had an amazing personality and we had a great conversation! I loved her!!! And I LOVE my hair, it’s exactly what I wanted! Best place I have ever gone, thanks to her, I could never say enough great things about her!!! ❤

Showed up to see if I could get a walk-in (since they don’t do appointments at this location). I stood in an empty business where one customer was sitting in a waiting chair. No employees. Two minutes later one comes out, says they’re booked for the night. There was at least one other employee in the back, but zero hair cuts taking place.

Called to schedule an appointment hours in advance. Was told only walk in’s are accepted. After work I called to check current wait times. I was told estimate time was about an hour. I requested that she now put my name down since I’m on my way and would be there in 5-10mins. She refused. By the time I got there wait time was now close to 2hours. When I asked how it changed so much within 10minutes. Staff got rude and claimed “Well someone else walked in.” Barber shop was understaffed with only one person cutting hair and answering the phone. Not to mention place was full of kids running around being obnoxiously loud like it was a playground.

Provided stylist with picture of how my son wanted his hair. Not only did she have another stylist come in and take over mid-cut without even showing her what he wanted, she came back to finish it and it looked *nothing* like the style he wanted. It was horribly uneven and looked terrible. My family definitely won’t be going back to this establishment.

Can’t be in a business called ‘Master Cuts’ in Minot, ND if you can’t cut hair properly, let alone do all kinds of hair. I’ve worked in several businesses where the saying is “Perception is everything”, and it’s sad that this business won’t seem to do it right.
