If I could give them a 0 star rating I would…Never go here they are horrible just waited 45 minutes 20 after my 1 p.m. appointment to be told by the guy after he finished the ladies hair in front of us it will be another 10 minutes I said I don’t have all day thus the reason for the appointment. He then came out 2 mi uses later and said I’m not feeling good so I won’t be able to do the cut. I went in to get a small trim just to get some of the dead hair off. Although the wait time wasn’t long, I asked her to cut 2 inches off and she cut off around 5 inches. My hair is way too short and it was completely straight when she cut it, so because my hair is naturally wavy, it’s even shorter. I am a person who is very picky with my hair and I don’t like to cut it because I love my hair long. It was down to around my mid back and now its just below my collar bones. The customer service was very nice, they were kind. They just cut my hair way to short even though I only asked for about 2 inches off.

$21.50 for a hair cut with a person that has zero experience. I have been going here since I was a kid and never had this problem. I can go to sports clips down the road, save a couple bucks, and not have a noobie cut my hair. I could request to always have Missy but in my opinion they don’t care about their customers. I would expect this from a budget hair place like great clips but not a salon that raised their prices greatly in the last 2 years.

I’ve been feeling rather blah about my looks lately and decided I wanted a fresh look. I stopped by Mastercuts in meridian mall yesterday and was incredibly lucky to have christine do my hair. She was extremely understanding and patient because I didn’t know what I wanted. she ultimately made me as comfortable as I would be having a chat with a good friend. I adore my new cut and highly recommend Christine. I’m a stay at home mom to a seven month old and I don’t get out of the house much. I’ve been feeling rather blah about my looks lately and decided I wanted a fresh look. I stopped by Mastercuts in meridian mall yesterday and was incredibly lucky to have christine do my hair. She was extremely understanding and patient because I didn’t know what I wanted. she ultimately made me as comfortable as I would be having a chat with a good friend. Always been a loyal customer until today. We were charged 24 dollars for single kids hair cut. When asked why suddenly we were charged 24 instead of the usual 18 dollars the woman got upset and told us she was a master and her price was 27 dollars for kids. The hair cut was not very good either, it took her 15 minutes. We paid and will not us them again.
