Horrible! Was pleased with the services at Master Cuts until they moved locations in the Mall. New location sucks! Made online appointment and was asked to come back later in the day. Prices have increased considerably. Was not happy at all with my highlights. Won’t be back!! Haircut

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBad idea, DO NOT GO HERE.. Either do it yourself or go to smartstyles at walmart. We had to wait about 20mins even though there were cleaned up and just walking around the salon. Didn’t show any prices for the haircuts. I got 2 child hair cuts and they were uneven, the lady left hair all over my children, and was a bit rude. She walked over to the register and I was shocked at how much they were charging, $22 for a child’s hair cut and a $4 clean fee.Bad idea, DO NOT GO HERE.. I’m gunna be honest I just left there … I came into master cuts with my hair almost to my butt left that place with my hair chopped to my shoulders after I asked to keep my length.. the lady told me she had appt that she needed to be quick… I just gave a look and said no rush if you cant do it I’m okay with it … I left that place within not even 10 mins bawling my eyes out I know have chopped uneven hair… if you cant cut then say so now I am emotionally scarred for life I will never ever come there again… noone should have to suffer like I did…. I give -00 stars!!!!!! Thanks master cut for destroying my hair props to yous!!!!

oh god! terrible.if i could give 000 stars i would. i did my highlights there today and they burned my hair. I still cant believe. and they charged me anyway with 10$ discount like my hair’s only worth 10$ to destroy. i’ve been growing my hair for 5 years and now i only have half of it cause they burned. :(( I cried in my car on my way home with disbelieve. plzzz if you care about your hare think first before you go there.
