different bed than what was pictured that I ordered. ad was/is misleading. bed is a 15 minute, supposed to have been a 20 minute, either way, IT DOES NOT TAN even with supposedly upgraded bulbs that I paid for. The serial number on the bed is not the same as on the loan contract. No response from the fraudulent company. Tanning

We purchased our new tanning bed and it arrived with a crack in the Plexiglas, but they sent us out a new one immediately. One of our bulbs has went out (we bought a floor model) and the salesman, Matt, is sending a new one today. Customer service wanted us to buy 4 bulbs @ 19.95 each and pay $40 shipping to replace one bulb that had less that 20 hours on it…and it is supposed to run between 600-800 hours. However, Matt is going above and beyond to assist us.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI ordered a tanning bed on 03/25/21 did all the paperwork put $49 down and here I am 07/16/21 still no bed so at this point I contacted Kevin again after several emails asking for delivery eta and continually pushing me out later and later. I then tell him to cancel he says we can’t just cancel you signed the financing papers, um yes I can you have not provided a product so I will cancel as this is a breech of contract, then he states you will have to pay a 20% cancelation fee of the total cost of the bed. Um no I will not how about I sue your shady company and you?! Never ever again. Horrible people. Keith or Kevin sent me the wrong bed, without the listed options, scratched up & then said it was all my fault! Then told me to take the bed cause they weren’t refunding me nor sending me the bed I actually ordered. I had to file a charge back with my bank, a claim with the BBB and State attorney Generals office. These people are rude as all get out! Stay far away and order from someone else or you will regret it! Falsely acting like they are Wolff tanning! Not! You should see the rude emails I received from these crooks!

From someone who was reluctant because of some of the negative reviews, don’t be! The transaction was smooth from the beginning. Kevin was very helpful and responsive in answering all of my questions. The bed took a little over 2weeks to arrive, which was explained and expected. The delivery company worked around our vacation to scheduled delivery. The bed comes in two boxes and were easy to move from the delivery truck to our garage with a dolly. My husband and I were able to carry each piece upstairs. (And I am not strong!) The setup was super easy. We found one missing piece and we broke one piece during assembly, totally our fault…Kevin was responsive to our request for replacement parts, which quickly arrived in 3 days. The warranty even replaced the part that we broke (we expected to pay for it out of pocket). We purchased the Sunfire Deluxe model, which I recommend as the top piece has an acrylic cover over the bulbs, rather than “mesh” as in the lower models. The bed came with goggles, enough disinfectant cleaning fluid to make one gallon, and many packages of tanning lotion. All this to put anyone’s mind at ease when deciding to order…quality product and excellent customer service.

I tried to cancel the bed 10 weeks into this big waiting game but was told I couldn’t because it was a finance deal. The finance company still taking their money out monthly while I’m still left with no bed. Kevin has done nothing to help with the situation, he doesn’t care he has already made his money from the sale. I tried to cancel the bed 10 weeks into this big waiting game but was told I couldn’t because it was a finance deal. I wish I could give Negative Stars. This company straight out lied to us about our order! We ordered a Sunfire 32C by Wolff and the bed we got was a 32xs Power By Sunco. When confronted the they insist that it is the bed we ordered, this is impossible considering that this bed is not even listed on their website anywhere. We could not even order replacement bulbs from them, not that we would after the horrible, disrespectful, dishonest, despicable treatment that we were shown. I even opened a Better Business Bureau case against them and they still continue to lie and try to place blame on me. I would never do business with this company again!!!!

Be Careful!! Master Tanning sold me a poorly assembled tanning bed yet charged full price! Stupid me for allowing that to happen, However they also didn’t send me parts that I paid for! After 6 months of phone calls and voicemails I still haven’t received a returned phone call from them! Really? This is how we do business these days? Then last week, My wife (All of 120 pounds) tells me that the Acrylic broke! 6 months old, used 3 times a week and it broke already? Another weeks worth of phone calls an that’s right NO returned phone calls! Best product? No! Best Service? Never! Know wonder attorney’s are so busy these days! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy! What a shame!
