I was there yesterday to re-touch my balayage and cut my hair. This was my first time and I had Paula as my hair stylist. During the process she would always ask another gal on what to and how to, this made me feel uncomfortable because it was very noticeable that she was very inexperienced! I wanted a more lighter blonde then what I previously had and I ended up with a caramel color!! It was very dark! My hair has spots all over,you can tell there is a huge line on where my hair was process from where she bleached it! The other girl who she was asking questions told me “your hair is gonna look beautiful in a more melted way” HECK NO! I ended up with a Yin Yang!! Huge difference between colors! Haircut was a mess too! If you don’t know how to do balayage then DONT do it! My hair is so messed up that I’m even embarrassed to out like this! When I left there I just smiled and said thanks and even tipped her,but I didn’t want to make her feel bad! But inside of me I was so angry!
