I’ve been going to Jade just about a year now and I don’t trust anyone with my nails. She loves to try new designs and techniques- she’s an artist not just a “nail tech”. If you expect to get in with her though you **need** an appointment. Most regulars keep standing day/time slots – so new clients get lucky by cancelations or booking a month out.

First I Would say They are extremely nice and courteous. Unfortunately the gentleman who did my nails for dipping powder did not seem to not know exactly what he was doing. His fingers kept getting product on him and then when he touched my hand he would stick to my fingers and when I left there was dipping powder all over my skin bottom and top . He only put a very thin layer of dip on my nails and one coat of gel topcoat. Within an hour after I brushed my hair at home, one of my nails broke and 2 of the other ones chipped. As my nails were being worked on I told him they are too thin and he said no they will be OK. It was too late to go back and tomorrow they are close and I work Monday through Friday and will be out of town next weekend. So unfortunately I cannot go back to have them fix the issue And we’ll have to go to another salon tomorrow to get them done which will cost me probably another $55 to $60. I wish I would have taken A picture but took all my nails off as soon as they started breaking to avoid them From snagging on items. I will say my pedicure was amazing and very reasonably cost wise.

They are very friendly, however there’s a male tech that sits in the front and he does a poor job at doing nails. My nails are uneven, ugly, and bulky. After correcting him on how to do his job, he still didn’t take direction very well. Maybe Jade is the only one who can do nails at master nails. I would stay far away from this place.

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValuePoor quality and designs pricing is really inflated. Also made me wait 40 minutes because I called to say i’d be five minutes late, which I can understand. Still they taxed me for this sticker, they wanted $15 and it fell off the next day from poor application. 45$ for a 20 minute pedicure. The girl didn’t give any type of massage. Basically cleaned my feet and put on polish. The gel is already peeling up and it’s been one day. Definitely will not be going back here. Pedicure

LOVE THIS SALON!! I’ve been going to Jade for almost 2 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. Being a licensed cosmetologist myself, I know proper products and processes. Jade always exceeds my expectations and is very artistic with her designs. She is also very talented at hand-painting almost anything I come up with. She is also very understanding when the budget is tight. I always tell her what I’m looking to spend and she always KILLS a bomb design on my nails.
