Critical: ProfessionalismCalled at 11am on Tuesday to ask the availability. Tianna answers and when I asked if she had anyone for 5pm she said no but she only takes appointments. Here is where she had me confused. (I called to make an appointment for 5pm) so when I ask if I can come in at that time she changed her response to ‘I already have someone coming at 5pm’ I asked if there were any other nail techs available and she said no. Mind you I also called last week and again, she had no available space or any other nail tech available. Very unprofessional because I work down the street and pass by this nail place daily. I pass by and see there’s was one person in their shop not like it was crowded. Tianna picks and chooses her clients and that says a lot! I will NEVER spend my money here again. I have been getting my nails done long enough to know quality and efficiency when I experience it, which is most cases. I arrived at Master Nails around 11:30am. No greeting when I entered. They did not get started with my service until 2:45pm. I wanted a deluxe pedicure and a full set liquid gel. The pedicure was mediocre at best. The best part of my pedicure was the color (which I selected after my 1st option wasn’t available). Also the heels of my feet were dry after I arrived home which was literally a 2 min drive. Next was my full set. The mans application was sloppy. He would apply it lousily and have to go back around each nail to clean up the excess. This continued through the entire application of multiple coats of liquid gel and the gel polish application. I requested that he file my nails in a way that slightly narrows them & he filed my nails nearly to the pink meat under my nails & the shape is so blunt. The guy who did my nails can not be a certified tech. Terrible just terrible.
