I am a Master Massage Therapist. I have been doing Massage and studying wholistic medicine for over 27 years. I use over 35 different therapies , including : Craniosacral Therapy (for head and spine injuries, also good for mental health), Pregnancy massage, Swedish massage ( medium to firm) ,Myofascial Release, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Full Body Acupressure, Reflexology (head hands and feet), Trigger Point therapy, and I do Lymphatic drainage ( gently, not deep).I work with many Cancer patients and Survivors. I am also a Reiki Master/teacher, for over 17 years. And offer classes online and in Hays, KS. I will, show you things you can do at home to help yourself as well.
