I go to them all the time. So never had a problem with them. They’re great. And then I went today. 8-20-16 and they messed my eye brows up. And said nothing. Then when I said I wanted to speak to someone else she began saying sorry. But only because I said I wanted to speak to someone else. Now, not only my eyebrows messed up but I also had to pay the full price. Now for someone that’s a loyal customer you think she would have gave me a discount or something. But nothing. I don’t care how greedy I sound, I waited so long to get my eyebrows the way I had them for her to do that. If you don’t know what your doing, don’t touch me.

An older woman did my eyebrows . She left my eyebrows UNEVEN and Sooo thinnn . I have never had such thin eyebrows. I told her she left them thin and uneven only for her to say my eyebrows had no shape before. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and have never had such a horrible experience. She did not even apologize or acknowledge her mistake. Not only that , but when i payed her (debit) she snatched the receipt and was so rude .. NEVER again

Usually would go there for eyebrows and full face threading. Last week I went and the work that was done was unsatisfactory. Eye brows that I usually like thick, she knew, are now thin, and after a few days, my face broke out with blemishes and cuts. Will not be returning. There are 2 ladies who work here. I specifically asked for the younger woman (who had done a fantastic job on my brows before), the older woman insisted she do my eyebrows. I have a clear shape which I’ve have for a long time and I asked FOR A CLEAN UP. The older woman threaded my eyebrows, my left one so thin that it took me back the last 90s-early 00s. They don’t match and they look awful. I will never go back here again. Right before the holidays and I look ridiculous! I’m so upset.
