Critical: QualityIf I could rate zero stars I would.I was shopping and decided to get my eyebrows tinted since I’d seen this place multiple times. The dye left my eyebrows looking clumpy and too dark. I’m not sure if it was due to product or application, but I scrubbed it off as best as I could once I got home. Not to mention, the lady servicing me “cleaned up” my brows, which resulted in one not matching the other. I had to pluck my eyebrows just so they looked even. Okay. I don’t normally write reviews but this experience made me mad. I have been going here for 3 years and have recommended this place to people. She does a great job with eyebrows but wow. I had a $10 gift card and my eyebrows would have been $12 so I would OWE $2. She said I paid $2 and owed $10. I thought she said two and all I had was a 10. When I asked for my change she said I didn’t have any and that I only paid $2 on the card. I left and came back with my card statement 5 minutes later and she told me that I was wrong and that it only charged $2 when it CLEARLY said $10. She wouldn’t give me my $10 back and raised he voice and got rude with me. Not worth $22

They only did my eyebrows once which I liked , every other time it was not how I wanted it. Very Rude as well, with a unhappy face, talks on the phone while doing your eye brows , so unprofessional.

WORST PLACE IVE EVER GOTTEN MY BROWS DONE. asked for a clean up and she made my brows thin also got them tinted and she used a shade that was a cool toned brownish black despite the fact i have light blond warm tone hair. also she didn’t coat the entire hairs or apply it evenly so my brows kind of look tiger striped and the dye is all over my skin. i’ve been getting my brows tinted for a couple years now and this was one of the most expensive places yet someone the worst.

Today 5/10/19 I went to get my eyebrows done. Another customer just finished and she was not happy with the way her eyesbrows were done, she complained her top was chopped and the lady who attended to her was extremely unprofessional, apparently she was the manager. She kept arguing with the customer its not her fault, it was the customer’s fault for not clearly specifying what she wanted. Customer asked where she can complain she got no help there either!! Extremely rude person!!!

i honestly don’t know why this place has such bad ratings. i got my brows threaded yesterday and they look so good. the prices aren’t bad at all, it was quick and there was no wait other than my friend going first. i’m assuming the girl that did mine was the manager because there were no other workers, but she did so well.

I went today and they do not follow instructions and then will argue with you when you say that’s not what you requested. Didn’t even allow her to finish my eyebrows and didn’t allow her to do the other service I was asking for. She also still charged me even though she knew I was dissatisfied.
