Critical: ProfessionalismThe last haircut (about 2 months ago) I attempted to walk-in for (which was always available prior) I was told that the next appointment wouldn’t be until 5 hours later in the day. After that experience I called soon after the store opened today. I asked what appointments would be available for the afternoon. I was assured that there were 3 barbers and I could walking and get a haircut. I came in almost qn hour later and saw a gentlemen cutting a customer’s hair and another barber with nobody in in his seat. This elderly gentleman told me the other barber (with someone in his chair would take care of me. The other barber with a customer said “Tom why can’t you cut his hair” The barber with a customer told me that he had appointments scheduled into the afternoon.Apparently Tom didn’t feel like cutting my hair. The whole experience was infuriating after making sure I called and was assured I would be able to walk in. After years at this place the unprofessionalism really put me off. The last haircut (about 2 months ago) I attempted to walk-in for (which was always available prior) I was told that the next appointment wouldn’t be until 5 hours later in the day. After that experience I called soon after the store opened today. I asked what appointments would be available for the afternoon. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuemy boyfriend came in for a haircut, when he came over i was in tears, i even almost broke up with him since he is so ugly now. i wouldn’t recommend using their services unless you want your girlfriend to break up with you. my boyfriend came in for a haircut, when he came over i was in tears, i even almost broke up with him since he is so ugly now. i wouldn’t recommend using their services unless you want your girlfriend to break up with you.
