Unfortunately my experience isn’t one I would like to have others share. When stopping inside this location with my fiance, I had a unwelcoming feeling from a woman of all people. Being a Florida native I figured based on reviews I would be stopping inside an establishment that was on point both skill wise and customer wise…never got the opportunity to experience the skills of the barbers simply because of “attitude” of one of the “lady” barbers. Oh well, I can recommend Platinum Cuts that’s right down the street that had great customer service and people skills as well as the ability to give my fiance his haircut without a problem.

I heard about this shop thru conversation with a stranger, but I forgot about the place until I was in the mall and was waiting to get cut at the barbershop there, but the service was horrible, so I left. As I’m pulling away from the mall I remembered the conversation with the stranger and so I decided to go check out Mastaphalis and I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy I did! I went to the location in Fayetteville, across from Hardee’s and next to Family Dollar, THEE BEST decision EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Henry was my barber!
