I emailed to see if they do a specific massage. I waited a few days and got no response. I called and got no answer. I left a message. After another day or two I finally got an email response. I then called up and set up an appointment. The earliest appointment was 16 days later. So, I booked that date. I show up today for my massage and I am not scheduled. I was in the system. They found my name but it said canceled because they booked me with a therapist that hadn’t worked on Wednesday in months I was told. This is absolutely ridiculous so I just walked out because their solution was to have me schedule another appointment.
