I walked in to MassageLuXe of West Bloomfield with gift card for 1 hour massage, as a bday gift, and walked out with annual membership! West Bloomfield location is very clean and calm place. I booked myself a 60 minute massage with a specific therapist, received a phone call the day prior to the appointment saying she tested positive for Covid but they had an opening on the same day around the same time, so I took it since I was in need. I arrived for the appointment and was told that my appointment had been cancelled but not rescheduled even though I had received a confirmation email and they was no one available for an appointment. I was told the manager was going to call me that day, they did not. I called the following day during business hours and was sent to voicemail and still have not received a return call.

I called on a Sunday morning, December 7th, with shoulder pain. The receptionist got me an appointment quickly. All the information needed was emailed I had a time and I was sent a reminder for my appointment. My Masseuse was excellent. She took the time to ask me what she needed to focus on. I left feeling much better. I got a complimentary 15 minutes in the Hydro chair. I now signed up for a monthly membership!

The massage experience at West Bloomfield Massage Luxe was outstanding. The scheduling experience was pleasant and convenient. I appreciated the flexibility of a two-hour cancellation window. For my first visit, they emailed me all the paperwork/forms before my appointment. Upon arrival, I simply gave them my name and I was escorted to the waiting room, which was more private and set the tone for the massage. It was warm, soothing, dimly lit, with soft music playing. The spa itself was chick and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The massage was exceptional! Morgan was fantastic!! She worked diligently to get out every knot, to relieve stress and any tension. I left feeling pampered and cared for. If you’re in need of some self-care (or overdue for a massage) I highly recommend Massage Luxe in West Bloomfield!
