Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHad my first deep tissue massage ever and it was amazing!! Extremely relaxing and professional. I worked with Mollie, and she was hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever worked with. Her work on my upper back/shoulders was amazing and her knowledge not only improved the experience but also made me feel more comfortable that I could trust that she knew exactly what she was doing to alleviate my tension. 11/10 would recommend working with her and I will definitely be back! Had my first deep tissue massage ever and it was amazing!! Extremely relaxing and professional. I worked with Mollie, and she was hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever worked with. Her work on my upper back/shoulders was amazing and her knowledge not only improved the experience but also made me feel more comfortable that I could trust that she knew exactly what she was doing to alleviate my tension. 11/10 would recommend working with her and I will definitely be back! Critical: CommunicationI had to book several months out to get an appointment. I had a gift certificate that I explained over the phone and they said they would accept no problem. Once I arrived to my appointment, they told me that I would have to pay extra because it was a holiday weekend. Nobody explained that to me over the phone when I made the appointment, otherwise I would have chosen a different weekend. Then, I made another appointment using another girt card. Again, I explained it on the phone and to the man working the front desk prior to beginning my massage. Then, once I finished my massage he told me that he could not accept my gift card because I had already used one before. He did not tell me this prior to receiving the massage so I had no choice. Very poor communication and I am quite unimpressed. If I did not have gift cards, I would not have gone there. I will not be going back.
