I’ve given this location multiple chances. Every Therapist I’ve seen technique has been subpar. Last week was the worst ever. The therapist massaged my feet first which was different but I figured everyone has their own way. The towel used she used to wipe my feet she threw on the floor. After finishing my feet she then picked the towel off the floor wiped her hands and proceeded to touch my body. This has to be against sanitation practices. In addition the massage felt like I was on a roller coaster the entire time. I proceeded to tell the Front desk about the sanitary concerns. They smiled and charged me without asking or trying to reconcile anything..

Got a couples massage for me and my fiance and it was so nice. I had ashley. She was verry welcoming, did a great job. We felt lile jello when we left and that’s a good thing, I highly recommend her. My fiance had another lady. We didn’t catch her name but she was great too , she was warm and very sweet. I recommend this place.

Location was clean and staff was very nice. My massage definitely worked on my upper back areas. Unfortunately, I have to give 3 stars due to the site not having its own feedback page (when you’re wanting to provide feedback, the site directs you to the location’s phone number and email available not an actual review page), the massage therapists also appeared stressed and overworked, the oil applied during my massage was cold, and I was advised the 1 hour massages you are scheduled for is actually only 50 minutes of massage time.

I went in hoping to relieve some chronic tightness in my hamstrings. After discussing my upcoming knee replacement surgery, my therapist asked if he could work on my knee. He didn’t mention that this would incur any extra charge. I about choked when I went to check out and the one-hour session was $120. And, I still had the stiffness in my hamstring that I went for help with. The knee did feel better, but not 120 dollars better.

Everyone was really nice, my deep tissue massage had little to no pressure. Absolutely nothing deep about it. The massage therapist seemed to work around the perimeter of my body never really making it my back, lower back or hips. I was hoping to set up monthly massages, but decided not to bc of lack of pressure. Seriously felt like more of a rub down with lotion/oil than a massage. Stars are strictly Bc of great hospitality and cleanliness.
